We craft tools that honour that belief.Website: Instagram: DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager – Controllership to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls. The role requires strong expertise in financial governance, process management, and ensuring accuracy in financial records and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AccountingManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closuresEnsure accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliationsOversee general ledger accounting and financial reporting processesMonitor revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, and expense accountingCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirementsCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and filingsMaintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policiesControllership & Internal ControlsDevelop and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and approval processesIdentify financial risks, process gaps, and areas for operational improvementEnsure timely reconciliation of accounts, vendor balances, and intercompany transactionsBudgeting & Financial AnalysisTrack actuals vs budget and analyze key variancesSupport leadership with financial insights, reporting, and cost optimization initiativesPartner with business teams to improve financial efficiency and governanceInventory Management & ControlsMonitor inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation processesEnsure accurate tracking of inventory movement across warehouses and channelsCoordinate with operations and supply chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy and controlsIdentify discrepancies, leakage, and process gaps related to inventory managementImport-Export ComplianceManage and oversee import-export finance and compliance activitiesEnsure timely processing and compliance of import/export documentationCoordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, banks, and regulatory authoritiesMonitor duties, taxes, and statutory compliance related to cross-border transactionsEnsure adherence to FEMA, DGFT, and other applicable regulatory requirementsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal teams including operations, procurement, HR, and leadershipSupport finance automation and process improvement initiativesQualificationsCA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification4–6 years of experience in controllership, accounting, audit, or financial reportingStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and complianceExperience in handling audits, GST/TDS compliances, and financial reportingProficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho, or TallyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in startup or high-growth environmentsExposure to automation and finance process optimizationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setup
