Bookkeeper (US Company and QuickBooks experience required)Job OverviewThe Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and complete financial records for multiple affiliated companies — Platton, Long Road Warehouse, and Partstop.This role ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded in QuickBooks, bank accounts are regularly reconciled, and data from connected CRM systems is accurately reflected in the accounting system.The Bookkeeper plays a critical role in maintaining financial data integrity, supporting monthly closing processes, and preparing clean, organized records for management review and external accountants.ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily bookkeeping operations in QuickBooks for Platton, Long Road Warehouse, and Partstop.Record all income, expenses, transfers, and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for all accounts.Monitor transactions generated in CRM systems and ensure accurate synchronization or manual entry into QuickBooks when required.Identify and resolve discrepancies between operational systems and accounting records.Assist in monthly financial closing processes, ensuring all transactions are posted and reconciled.Prepare basic financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for management review.Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.Coordinate with external accountants or CPAs by providing clean, organized financial data.Ensure consistency of accounting practices across all three companies.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in accordance with company policies.QualificationsC1/C2 English proficiency (written and spoken).With 2+ years of Bookkeeping or accounting support experience; multi-company experience strongly preferred.Proficient in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)Familiar with basic accounting systems and CRM platformsSkilled in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently across multiple entitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityWork RequirementsRemote work set-up with reliable internet and capable equipmentAmenable to work from Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time with a tracker.
