The Sirius AI team is a mix of talent from a diverse background of Consulting, Industry, and Product companies that bring together their Data, Platform, Ecosystem, Technology, Project management, and AI skills to develop new solutions and deliver client engagements.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.· Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.· Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS/GAAP).· Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance.· Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries.· Monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal fund utilisation.· Oversee vendor payments, collections, and treasury operations.· Collaborate with business, HR, operations, and leadership teams for financial planning and execution.Qualifications & Skills :· Semi Qualified CA /Commerce Graduates /MBA in Finance· 2–3 years of experience in financial management, controlling, or similar roles.· Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial compliance, and regulatory frameworks.· Hands-on experience with accounting systems (Zoho Books,SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).· Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.· Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
