Manager - US Accounting || Gurgaon || Up to 30 LPA

We are currently hiring for one of our clients, which is a startup firm based out of the US and backed by Private Equity. They invest in small to mid-size CPA firms in the US and are building an integrated capability centre in India. It's a growing professional services business focused on the accounting industry, with teams and operations across multiple locations in the United States and India.Manager – US Accounting, will understand accounting principles, analyze financial transactions and create and re-engineer processes to gain efficiency. This position will work with colleagues in multiple departments on reporting results to Operations and Executive teams. This person will also be responsible for preparation of financial reports, analysis and reconciliation of accounts.What you’ll do: • Prepare and analyze financial statements across multiple locations • Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids & bank activities • EnsureUS GAAP complianceand accurate financial reporting • Integrate accounting operations for newly affiliated locations • Driveprocess improvements, automation & efficiency gains • Partner with Operations & Executive teams on financial insights • Support audits and deliver detailed variance analysis • Create ad-hoc reports and support strategic finance projects
