Trainer- Assets ManagementSpecialized Training & PEA Expertise: Conduct comprehensive training on the PEA (Plan d'Épargne en Actions) mandate, covering contribution rules, eligible instruments, holding periods, and tax implications.Curriculum & Case Study Development: Design technical curricula and practical case studies to troubleshoot failed savings plan executions, such as insufficient funds or unavailable instruments.Regulatory & Market Knowledge: Train staff on European savings rules and the French AMF framework for investment products.Communication & Coaching: Coach trainees on simplifying complex product mechanics and investment rules into easy-to-understand language for customers.Assessment & Metrics Focus: Design and manage certifications to evaluate candidate exposure to tax-advantaged products while maintaining a focus on performance metrics.
