Manager Accounts and Finance

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a detail‑oriented Manager for our group company to own statutory compliances, monthly/quarterly reporting, audit support, and multi‑site consolidation-including for overseas subsidiaries. You’ll also build and maintain financial models that inform budgeting, forecasting, funding decisions, and performance tracking, with responsibilities extending to international operations.Key Responsibilities- Ensure GST & Income Tax compliance and accurate filing. - Prepare quarterly financials. - Annual financial statement preparation. - Assist with audits and resolve related queries. - Produce monthly MIS reports with actionable insights. - Liaise with site accounts for timely closing of books. - Integrate all site accounts and finalize the trial balance. - Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluation.Key Qualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of relevant experience. - Hands-on expertise in GST & Income Tax compliance, financial statements, and audit support. - Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel.
