Direct Tax Associate

Responsibilities:- Preparation of details for ongoing income tax litigations in connection of assessment/ appeal and coordinating with outside/in-house consultant. - Review of various income/expenses schedules required in connection with the assessment proceedings. - Assisting in preparation of computations, deferred tax provisions, Tax audit report, ITR filing & filing of Income tax return for company/firm; - Handling of TDS defaults notices/review of TDS returns and rates ; - Advising on tax implications (including WHT on foreign payments) - Sound working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Power Point. - Good presentation and communication skill (both written as well as speaking). Ability to handle high volume data.Desired Candidate Profile:Qualified CA Fresher
