This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tax advisor ready to step into a leadership role, shape the growth of a practice, and join the firm’s core leadership team.Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop business for the Tax Advisory practice, covering direct tax, indirect tax, international tax, and regulatory compliance. - Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring, cross-border tax matters, transfer pricing, and GST. - Oversee tax aspects of M&A and transaction structuring alongside the Transactions team. - Provide strategic insights on complex client issues, delivering innovative and commercially sound solutions. - Mentor and develop a team of tax managers and consultants. - Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to CXOs, founders, and promoters. - Manage engagements to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliverables. - Contribute to business development, including proposal preparation, client pitches, and market positioning.Candidate Profile- 9 plus years of post-qualification experience in tax advisory (direct/indirect/international) at a consulting firm. - CA qualification (Must). - Strong technical expertise in Indian and international tax regulations. - Proven track record of managing client engagements and leading teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a high-growth environment. - Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills. - Ambition to lead and grow a practice with ownership and autonomy.Why This Opportunity- Lead a core practice area within a growth-stage advisory platform. - Build a high-impact, technically robust financial advisory practice from the ground up. - Work with leadership to shape firm strategy, client delivery, and team development. - High visibility role with long-term growth, ownership, and leadership potential
