Company: Binary Semantics Ltd.Location: GurugramAbout the RoleBinary Semantics Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Domestic Billing & Collection Executive to manage invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure smooth financial operations for our domestic clients.Key Responsibilities- Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to domestic clients accurately and on time. - Monitor accounts receivable and maintain regular follow-ups for timely payment collection. - Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries related to invoices or payments. - Maintain and update billing records, payment statuses, and client account information. - Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, sales) to resolve issues impacting billing or collections. - Prepare periodic reports on billing status, collections performance, and pending dues. - Support process improvement initiatives for billing and collection efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or related finance functions - Strong understanding of billing processes and payment cycles for domestic clients. - Good communication and negotiation skills for effective follow-up with clients. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools/software. - Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Looking for immediate joiners, interested candidates can E mail CV at satya.tiwari@ with the details below:CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodLocationRegards,Satya
