If you’re passionate about internal audit, controls, and compliance, this is your chance to make an impact!What You’ll Do :· Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit processes, methodologies, and SOPs.· Conduct internal audits across various business functions to ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.· Evaluate and test internal controls to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.· Document audit findings and prepare clear, concise reports for management review.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.· Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in internal audit and compliance.Who We’re Looking For :· Dynamic and energetic professional with strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities; skilled in preparing and delivering reports to senior stakeholders.· 2-5 years of industry related / relevant consulting experience with in- depth understanding of the Internal Audit and Risk Advisory domain.· Proven leadership qualities with the ability to foster collaboration and maintain professionalism under pressure.· Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.· Committed to continuous learning through regular reading and staying updated on emerging trends, while upholding strict confidentiality standards.Open to travel and enthusiastic about engaging with diverse people; adaptable to working across different locations as required.Sector Experience: Non-FS (FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, EPC, Oil & Gas etc.)Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate (CA qualified/ MBA (Finance))Interested candidates can share their resumes at : komal.arya@
