Job Description: Accountant cum MIS Executive Location: Gurgaon Salary Range: ₹4.6 – ₹6 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Retail / E-commerce Role Overview We are seeking an Accountant cum MIS Executive with expertise in E-commerce operations and Import-Export procedures. The ideal candidate will manage accounting, compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring smooth coordination with online marketplaces and international trade operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Maintain financial records related to e-commerce sales, returns, and settlements. Manage import-export documentation, billing, and compliance with customs/regulatory authorities. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and financial reports. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy in vendor and client accounts. Requirements Proven experience in accounting, e-commerce, and import-export processes. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be Gurgaon-based. Industry preference: Retail (experience with Amazon & Flipkart is required).
