In parallel, we are accelerating our AI adoption journey — particularly around tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered platforms — and need dedicated resources to champion this transformation across the organization.Job description:We are seeking candidates who can lead and support our AI adoption initiatives, including:Drive end-to-end AI adoption programs across business units, with a focus on tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and automation platformsWork closely with business stakeholders to identify use cases where AI can enhance productivity and decision-makingDevelop and deliver training, awareness campaigns, and enablement programs to accelerate AI adoptionAct as an internal AI champion, bridging the gap between technology capabilities and business needsMonitor adoption trends, gather feedback, and continuously refine the adoption strategyCollaborate with IT, HR, and business teams to embed AI into everyday workflowsSupport the development of governance frameworks, policies, and best practices around responsible AI usePreferences:Candidates from Tier-1 colleges (IIT/IIM) are strongly encouraged to apply.Strong interest and understanding of AI technologies and their business applicationsAbility to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationCreative thinker with the ability to design impactful enablement and change management programsPrior exposure to AI tools, digital transformation, or change management is highly desirable
