Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-shift network operations support for large-scale environmentsDiagnose and resolve critical network incidents and outagesSupport and maintain next-generation AWS network infrastructureCollaborate with Network Engineering & Deployment teams for operational readinessDrive event management, mitigation, and root cause analysis (RCA)Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and detection mechanismsTroubleshoot network device configurations & interconnectivity issuesWork on low-level networking protocols and application interactionsCreate and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge baseAutomate repetitive tasks using scripts and toolsEngage with senior engineering teams to resolve complex issues Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI Model)Strong experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)Hands-on experience in large-scale networking environmentsExpertise in protocols: DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSL4+ years experience in Linux/Unix environmentsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with scripting/programming in any of:PythonBash / ShellPerl / Ruby / Java / PHP
