Job Title: SAP Sales Cloud Functional LeadWork Mode: RemoteExperience: 8+ YearsJob Type: ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Cloud Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partners to deliver scalable and high-performing CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) projects.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Configure and customize SAP Sales Cloud modules including:Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, ContactsActivities, Visits, ForecastingPricing, Quotations, and OrdersDesign and manage sales workflows, approvals, and automation rules.Configure organizational management, territories, and sales structures.Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.Ensure best practices, documentation, and governance standards are followed.Support change management and continuous system improvements.Technical & Functional SkillsStrong hands-on experience in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) configuration and implementation.Expertise in:Business Configuration (BC Scoping)Workflow RulesPricing & Product ConfigurationTerritory ManagementReporting & AnalyticsExperience with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/CIG) is a plus.Knowledge of REST/OData services and standard SAP APIs.Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP BTP is preferred.Strong understanding of Sales processes: Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Order, Quote-to-Order.
