Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Agriculture Products Location: Guna, Madhya Pradesh Industry: Agriculture / Agri-inputs / Farm Equipment / Irrigation Solutions Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Promote and sell agricultural products such as sprinkler pipes, PVC rigid pipes, and related agri inputs Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and farmers within Guna city limits Conduct field visits, product demos, and farmer interactions Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market share Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems Required Skills Proven experience in selling agricultural products (e.g., irrigation systems, motors, PVC pipes, agri tools) Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with local agri market dynamics and farmer networks Ability to travel within Guna city Qualifications Graduate or related field preferred Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agri-sales Must be currently residing in Guna Compensation Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000/month (based on experience) Benefits: Travel allowance (within city), mobile reimbursement Important Note candidates must living in Bhopal city Daily travel from outside towns or remote areas is not permitted Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
