Shortlist onboard and certify Partner or Technician2. Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations3. Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic, refresher programs4. Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs5. Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians6. Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes7. Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction8. Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation and FTTx device inspections9. Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM, entries, and software upgrades10. Train and support extended service points11. Travel to touchpoints as per requirement12. Handle complaint management, out-calling, and coaching Jio, Associates as per needSkill Set:Handset repair skills, Knowledge of spares operations,Knowledge of CRM Systems,Technical knowledge and field team management skillsHandle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM entries, and software upgrades
