Security Manager ( Plant)

We are looking for Sr. Manager/ AGM- Security for our German MNC client Cement Manufacturing Plant based at Location: Kalaburagi (Gulburga) Please share your Updated Resume with below details:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period (30-45 days preferably):Reporting to:Plant capacity & Manpower:Proficiency in Kannada must: Y/NDate of Birth:I am also sharing the client details & KRAs for your referenceLanguages to be known (Read & Write) : Kannada, English, Hindi & any other state languageLocation: GulbargaMajor ActivitiesMonitor and ensure of the security guards deployment are every post after briefing at roll call. Should take surprise rounds for checking of guards alertness. Should brief and discuss the difficulties post wise while taking surprise rounds Ensure proper working condition of fire hydrant system and fire extinguishers Ensure for 3rd party fire equipment servicing in regular intervals Maintain the fir equipment as per IS2190 standards Regular training given to security staff about security systems, fire fighting systems, handling of fire fighting equipment's, security layer system, material movement system, Behavioral Based safety systems etc. Conduct mock drills for fire, accidents other natural disasters at regular intervals. Ensure given training about how to capture of unsafe acts near their posts and immediate reporting system. Liasioning with police department, local village leaders, government officials for safe and secure operation of the plant Transport arrangements by using company provided four wheelers for official and personal works for the employees and management staff Ensure proper recording of contract workers, employees and management staff of every movement at the gate. Ensure visitors should enter into the plant after host's mail and visit the safety induction video including wearing PPE's Ensure no trespassers should move in the plant premEnsure the truck movement in and around plant premises as per plant safety policy like speed limit, maintain all statutory compliances. Ensure no truck driver carry the illegal material like liquor bottles etc.. into the plant. Ensure no illegal activities carrying in truck yard like gambling, liquor business etc..Getting Trained security guards Local environment and village politics Educational qualifications (Threshold educational background required to execute the role)Ex-service men mandatory, Certification in Fire and safety, GraduationRelevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) 15-20 years of experience with good companiesThreshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role Communication skills Liasioning skills Knowledge about security system and fire fighting system
