The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise along with proven leadership experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staffEnsure delivery of high standards of patient care and safetyMonitor staff performance, attendance, and disciplineProvide leadership, guidance, and training to nursing teamsEnsure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare regulationsHandle patient care escalations and resolve issues effectivelyCoordinate with doctors, departments, and management for smooth operationsMaintain proper documentation and reporting systemsEligibility Criteria:Minimum 8 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory roleB.Sc or M.Sc in Nursing (mandatory)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage teams and handle high-pressure situationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is an added advantagePrior experience in Supervisor role or multi-specialty hospitals preferred
