HPLC & RT-PCR Technician

Position: HPLC & RT-PCR TechnicianInstitute: NET- NMCLocation: Raichur, Karnataka.About the Role:Navodaya Medical College (NMC) is seeking a skilled HPLC & RT-PCR Technician to support clinical diagnostics, research activities, and academic laboratory functions. The candidate will be responsible for performing HPLC analysis and RT-PCR testing with high accuracy while maintaining strict quality control and biosafety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain HPLC & RT-PCR systems for clinical and research sample analysis.Prepare reagents, standards, and run validated analytical methods.Perform RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and real-time RT-PCR assays for diagnostic purposes.Analyse chromatograms, Ct values, and amplification curves.Maintain proper documentation as per NABL/GLP/GMP guidelines.Ensure biosafety compliance and contamination control in molecular laboratory.Support academic research projects and assist faculty/students when required.Required Skills:Hands-on experience on HPLC and RT-PCR techniques.Knowledge of clinical laboratory quality standards (NABL preferred).Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.Qualification & Requirement:B.Sc./M.Sc. In Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related fields.2 – 3 Years of Experience in handling HPLC, RT-PCR Instruments.
