About the CompanyWe are looking for Candidates who are pursuing CS Professional Program and have completed Group 1 or Group 2 for Corporate Office - Hospet, Karnataka.About the RoleDrafting resolutions, Authorization Letters, Preparation of agenda, Directors Reports, Minutes, Maintaining custody of records and registers, Research abilities to get the details of the Peers, Updating of latest amendments and Rules, Soft spoken and understanding abilities, Achievement Drive, Good coordination with the Peers, Maintain Balance of Emotions, Maintain Responsibility and Accountability.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of agenda, notes on agenda, minutes, directors’ reports, annual returns etc.Preparation and uploading of E-forms of Companies and LLPs with MCACoordination with NSDL, RTA, LEI, CIC, consultantsCoordination required for the purpose of statutory audits.Obtaining of different classes of digital signatures.Research of peer company’s data and Directors data, Independent Directors data, other companies Annual ReportMaintenance of statutory Registers, Records, Agendas, and another original documentMaintenance of list Authorizations and Power of attorneysPreparation of Resolutions and certified true copy of ResolutionsMaintenance of good conversation and decent behavior with colleagues, auditors, consultants and external partiesCooperation with in the department for the official works of the team membersLLP Filings, Partnership deeds, Trust deeds compliancesTimely update on the amendments of companies act, 2013 and the Rules thereon.Meeting the credit hour requirementsQualificationsPursuing CS Professional (Preferred cleared group 1 or 2)Required SkillsSoft spoken and understanding abilitiesAchievement DriveGood coordination with the PeersMaintain Balance of EmotionsMaintain Responsibility and AccountabilityPreferred SkillsResearch abilities to get the details of the PeersTimely update on the amendments of companies act, 2013 and the Rules thereon.
