This is a leadership role focused on ensuring operational excellence, compliance, profitability, and high standards of patient care. What You'll Do: Oversee operations of multiple pharmacy units (IPD & OPD). Drive compliance, stock management, and audits. Lead pharmacy teams and ensure quality service. Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage profitability. Collaborate with hospital management and clinical teams. What We're Looking For: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Healthcare Management background. 3–5 years' experience in pharmacy operations (multi-site preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills. Knowledge of pharmacy audits, regulations, and reporting systems.
