The role involves overseeing mechanical operations at the site, ensuring maintenance and repair of equipment, and leading a team of technicians. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of mechanical systems and machinery. Qualifications Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, and Troubleshooting Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and supervise technical staff Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Safety Compliance Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Relevant industry experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred
