Job Description:
Role & responsibilities Policy, Procedure, Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Retention of Personnel: Assist Head HR in Manpower planning. Assist in matters pertaining to recruitment, selection & retention of service of employees. Assist Head HR in preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Assist in preparation of budget estimates, w.r.t., personnel & administration. Involve in Increments, Promotions, Re-designations, Exit interviews, Performance Appraisal, etc. Doctors & Nurses registration in U.P. Medical/ Nursing Council. Training & Development: Administer Induction Training. Coordinate training for various categories of personnel of the Hospital, with HODs. Coordinate Management Trainee program, Summer Trainings, etc. Staff Welfare: Manage matters pertaining to staff welfare and amenities. Manage Employee Engagement Events in coordination with the respective COE. Quality Indicators/ Trackers: Collect and maintain a record of the monthly Quality Indicator of HR Department. Responsible for all the data and tracker of the HR department of the unit. Responsible for conducting various surveys, collecting feedback related to employee welfare/satisfaction. Administration: Maintain an effective system of general office administration records and reports, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all relevant records and files. To maintain all documentation & processes as per NABH requirements. Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure employee commitment to company rules & procedures.
