Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of the branch, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and execute strategies to increase home loan disbursements and cross-sell other banking products. Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. Oversee daily operations of the branch, including customer service, product knowledge, and team management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in BFSI industry (preferably in home loans or loan against property). Strong understanding of financial markets, mortgages, and lending practices. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and negotiation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
