Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations and proficiency in IDS Software. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining high guest satisfaction levels, and supporting all front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments using IDS Software. Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure exceptional service throughout their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience. Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments. Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Prepare daily reports and assist in night audit if required. Maintain the lobby area's appearance and uphold hotel service standards. Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and training of new staff when necessary. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations at a hotel. Proficient in IDS Software (Front Office Module). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns efficiently. Basic knowledge of billing, payment processing, and front desk reports.
