Accountant

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA Inter with Articleship Completed)Location: Gondia, MaharashtraDepartment: Accounts & FinanceReports to: Finance Manager / Senior Chartered AccountantKey Responsibilities:- Maintain and finalize company’s financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.- Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit activities.- Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax calculations, returns, and compliance.- Support in budgeting, cost analysis, and inventory accounting related to manufacturing operations.- Prepare and present MIS reports for management decision-making.- Liaise with statutory auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.- Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act, Tax laws, and other statutory regulations.Requirements / Qualifications:- CA Intermediate passed (both groups preferred).- Articleship training completed (3 years) under a practicing CA.- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation.- Experience with manufacturing accounts, costing, and inventory management preferred.- Proficiency in Tally / ERP software & MS Excel.- Good analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.Key Skills:- Accounting & Taxation- Costing & Budgeting (Manufacturing Industry)- Auditing & Compliance- MS Excel, ERP, Tally- Teamwork & Communication SkillsWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary package.- Stable and supportive work environment.- Long-term career growth opportunities.
