The Agency Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of agents while ensuring the achievement of business targets. They will build and maintain strong relationships with agents, provide ongoing coaching, and facilitate the development of a productive agency network. Additionally, the role involves monitoring progress, implementing sales strategies, and managing compliance with company policies. Qualifications Strong skills in team management, recruitment, and training Proficiency in sales strategy implementation and target achievement Effective communication, relationship building, and leadership capabilities Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze goals and monitor performance Knowledge or experience in the health insurance industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
