About the Team: As a part of the Communications Team, you will have an unique opportunity to perform original research and analysis relating to legislations, committee reports and the overall functioning of the Parliament and state legislations. This may include interacting with the country’s legislators and decision makers and bringing them. Regional Content Creation: Develop engaging and culturally relevant Konkani content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the political narrative and campaign goals. Independent Content Management: Drive social media assets independently, taking ownership of Konkani-language content creation, curation, and scheduling across platforms. Content Editing & Localization: Ensure high-quality content by editing, proofreading, and refining content while maintaining linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for Konkani-speaking audiences. Strategic Messaging: Collaborate with the communications team to develop content that effectively communicates political messages, governance initiatives, and campaign narratives relevant to Goa and regional political audiences. Audience Engagement: Foster active engagement with audiences, understanding their sentiments, and tailoring content to resonate with local cultural and political contexts. Multimedia Production: Utilize multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance the visual appeal and impact of regional language content. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on Goa state politics, regional political developments, and cultural nuances, incorporating these insights into the content strategy. Collaboration: Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of content across various channels. Understanding of AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (such as AI writing assistants, image generation tools, and content optimization platforms) to support content ideation, drafting, and enhancement will be an added advantage. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of content, using data to optimize strategies and enhance audience reach and engagement. Necessary Qualifications/Skills: Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Konkani is mandatory , along with working proficiency in English and Hindi. Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft engaging regional language or political content. Social Media Savvy: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends, particularly within the regional and political communication landscape. Understanding of AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (AI writing assistants, image generation tools, and content optimization tools) will be an added advantage. Political Awareness: Strong interest in Goa state politics and Indian political developments, with an understanding of regional political dynamics and current affairs. Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for regional political communication. Independence: Capable of independently managing regional language social media assets and content calendars. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing political scenarios and adjust content strategies accordingly. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with specialization or coursework in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Political Communication, or Regional Media will be advantageous.
