Key Responsibilities • Oversee all in-store operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence. • Drive outstanding customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty through exceptional service. • Ensure an elevated in-store experience with effective visual merchandising, displays, and well-groomed staff in line with brand guidelines. • Train, mentor, and motivate the store team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand experience. • Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage at all times. • Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure zero discrepancies in store inventory. • Address and resolve customer complaints in alignment with brand standards and ensure service recovery. • Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand promotions and initiatives effectively. Experience • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retail brand. Qualification • Graduate in any discipline.
