Title: SAP Analyst / Coordinator Location: Verna, Goa Experience: 3 - 7 years of experience OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst / SAP Coordinator to manage and support SAP related activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth ERP operations by aligning business requirements with SAP solutions, supporting system enhancements, and driving effective adoption across departments. This role requires hands-on SAP expertise, strong business process understanding, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and external vendors. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and support SAP-related activities across departments to ensure smooth system functioning. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Provide hands-on support for configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, HR, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in coordination with internal IT and external support teams. Collaborate with business users to streamline processes and implement best practices within SAP. Ensure accurate data entry, system maintenance, and adherence to ERP standards. Prepare and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials. Conduct end-user training and ensure consistent adoption of SAP processes. Support ERP integration initiatives and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements. Qualifications and Key Competencies: Strong experience in ERP management, with hands-on experience in SAP (S/4HANA preferred). Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their alignment with ERP systems. Proficiency in one or more SAP functional modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, HR, etc.). Experience in SAP implementation, testing, and user support is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Business process understanding, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. Effective coordination and documentation skills, and stakeholder and vendor management.
