Job Description: Field Associate (Political Research) Location: Goa Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Political Field Associates & Researchers to join our team in Goa. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about politics, governance, and field research. The position primarily involves field-based political research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be a local resident of Goa and must own a bike with a valid driving license for field operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct political and social research through field visits. Collect, verify, and analyze data related to political trends, voter behavior, and constituency insights. Prepare accurate and timely reports on field findings. Coordinate with the project team to support political research initiatives. Ensure reliable and ethical data collection during surveys, interviews, and interactions. Requirements Must be a local resident of Goa . Bike and valid driving license are mandatory. Freshers with interest in politics and field research are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and responsibly in the field. Interest in politics, governance, and public policy will be an added advantage. Salary & Benefits ₹20,000 (fixed) + ₹5,000 allowances Exposure to political fieldwork and research projects .
