Key Responsibilities: Analyze field issues using tools like AWS CloudWatch, ELK, Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MySQL Perform root cause analysis using logs, call notes, and documentation Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Serial communication) Collaborate with global teams to resolve high-priority product issues Provide actionable insights for product and process improvements Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards Requirements: Experience in software support / production support Strong debugging and analytical skills Knowledge of cloud (AWS), databases (SQL), and logging tools Understanding of networking & device connectivity Exposure to mobile/web/cloud-based systems
