Senior Data Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst who will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of quickly understanding business domains. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, automation skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets for analysis. Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions. Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. Automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting. Manage and optimize databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets ). Must have experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau , or similar). Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred). Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models. Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain insights clearly. Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and industry context. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a sense of ownership and responsibility. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results. Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
