The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in luxury real estate sales, strong connections with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. The role requires frequent travel, client networking, and the ability to present our projects as exclusive lifestyle investments.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development: Drive sales of luxury villas and premium residential projects, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, investors, and luxury property buyers.Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert potential buyers through networks, referrals, brokers, and targeted campaigns.Property Presentations & Site Visits: Deliver high-impact project presentations and conduct personalized tours to highlight the luxury living experience.Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end sales negotiations, ensuring smooth and profitable transactions.Market Research & Networking: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor projects, and opportunities in luxury real estate.Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to design campaigns, events, and strategies for positioning luxury projects.Presentation & Pitch Development: Create high-quality pitch decks and investor presentations that effectively communicate project value propositions.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 5–7 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven success in villa or high-end residential projects.Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close high-value luxury property deals.Networking Skills: Strong ability to engage with HNIs, investors, and real estate brokers.Communication & Presentation: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills (both verbal and written).Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to structure and close complex deals.Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury real estate sector, especially Goa and other premium markets in India.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for sales, client meetings, and site visits.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in preparing presentations and proposals (PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent).Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).Prior experience with a reputed luxury developer or real estate consultancy.Established network of HNIs, NRIs, and real estate investors.Qualities for this RoleProactive & Target-Oriented: Self-driven with the ability to achieve ambitious sales goals.Luxury Market Sensibility: Understands the aspirations of high-end clientele.Professionalism & Discretion: Ability to handle confidential, high-value transactions with integrity.Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a dynamic luxury market environment.Attention to Detail: Crafts polished presentations and client communications that reflect a luxury brand.
