This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, with the best of both worlds.If you enjoy closing deals, talking to HNIs, channel partners, managing the social media page and working on digital marketing initiatives, this is for you.Key Responsibilities - SalesGenerate and close the leads generated through marketing for Villas and Apartment projects.Conduct site visits when required, follow-ups, and client negotiations with the leadership team.Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and conversion tracking.Brainstorm with the team on pricing, offers, and deal structuringMarketingManage the Scape Living Social Media page.Support digital campaigns across Instagram, Google, Facebook.Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies.Co-execute on-ground marketing activities, events, open houses.Help build brand presence for Scape Living through online and offline marketing.What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.Strong communication and people skillsComfortable with HNI clients and lifestyle-led sellingPrevious hands-on experience of digital marketing Goa-based or willing to relocateWhat You’ll Get - Competitive fixed salary + commission on salesDirect working with founders and leadershipHigh-quality inventoryExposure to the Hospitality side of the businessLocation - Parra Office in Goa
