SQL Database Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced SQL DBA to join our team and take ownership of mission-critical database environments built on Microsoft SQL Server (2017/2019).What You’ll Do for ₹15 LPA:Install, configure, patch, and maintain SQL Server environmentsLead migration & upgrade initiativesDesign and manage High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions (AG, FCI, Replication, Log Shipping, etc.)Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize databasesEnsure backup integrity and meet RPO/RTO targetsPerform performance tuning, index optimization, and query improvementsManage clustering, failovers, and system health checksWork with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and support reporting/data workflowsMaintain documentation and enforce database security & complianceWhat We’re Looking For:Strong expertise in SQL Server administration & T-SQLHands-on experience with HA/DR strategies and migrationsSolid understanding of performance tuning & troubleshootingExperience with Windows Server & Active DirectoryExposure to Azure SQL / cloud environments is a plusFamiliarity with ITIL processes and tools like Jira/BugzillaStrong communication, ownership mindset & problem-solving skillsNice to Have:Experience with Azure Data services (ADF, Managed Instance, etc.)Knowledge of Git/SVN/TFSMicrosoft certifications
