Position Overview:We are seeking an entry-level HRIS Associate with a strong interest in Workday and a desire to grow their career in HRIS management. The HRIS Associate will be responsible for providing support and assistance in managing our Workday human resources information system. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with limited professional experience in HRIS to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:1. Workday System Support:Assist in system administration tasks, including user setup, security permissions, and troubleshooting user issues.Collaborate with the HRIS team to perform system updates, patches, and configurations.Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionalities.2. Data Management:Assist in data entry and maintenance tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system.Support the HR team in data audits and clean-up initiatives.Learn to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or discrepancies.3. Process Improvement and Documentation:Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of HR processes and workflows.Assist in documenting HRIS procedures, system configurations, and user guidelines.Collaborate with the HRIS team to identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies.4.
