Job Title: Concierge – VIP Guest & HNI Client Services Location: Goa Salary: Up to ₹6 – ₹6.5 LPA Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (Including weekends & holidays)Job OverviewWe are looking for a professional and service-oriented Concierge Executive to manage premium hospitality services for VIP and HNI clients. The role involves delivering personalized assistance, coordinating exclusive experiences, and ensuring a seamless service experience for high-value guests.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized concierge and hospitality services to VIP and HNI clients.Handle guest requests related to travel bookings, restaurant reservations, events, luxury retail, and lifestyle experiences.Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.Coordinate with hotels, luxury vendors, travel partners, and service providers to deliver premium experiences.Manage multiple client requests with professionalism, discretion, and quick turnaround.Ensure smooth guest experiences and resolve service issues promptly.Maintain records of client preferences and service interactions in internal systems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, guest relations, travel, or customer experience roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high-profile clients with confidentiality and professionalism.Comfortable working in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Willingness to relocate/work in Goa.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹6 – ₹6.5 LPANo accommodation or food provided
