We’re looking for a Concierge Executive to support our operations team by ensuring guest requirements are handled efficiently and professionally throughout their stay.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Concierge Executive works closely with Property Managers and Operations to coordinate services, manage guest requests, and uphold service standards across our luxury villas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate with vendors to fulfil guest service requests• Act as a point of contact for service-related guest assistance• Promote available in-villa services and conveniences• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution• Ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and professionallyWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• Strong communication and coordination skills• A calm, solution-oriented approach• Attention to detail and service mindset• Flexibility with working hours• Entry-level candidates with hospitality exposure or interest are welcome
