Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)Location: Madgaon, GoaJoining: Immediate: Compensation: 3.5lpa - 4.5lpaExperience: Min 1 year in inside sales (EdTech Exp Preferred)What You’ll Do:Counsel students & parents on PW courses via face-to-face and telephonic sessions.Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into admissions with personalized guidance.Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.Collaborate on academic events, seminars, and student engagement initiatives.Meet monthly admission targets while aligning with student career goals.What We’re Looking ForGraduate in any discipline (Education/Counselling preferred).1–3 years in counselling, student support, or inside sales.Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.Self-motivated, target-oriented team player.Willing to work from Raipur office/school campus.
