Quality Location: Goa & Kasauli, HP (2 position)Purpose of the roleAchieving required quality in product and process through Inspection, testing and acceptance of material, in-process inspection and snagging and final product inspection and snagging as per Project Quality Plan and ITPs.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement & oversee quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of quality in architectural & interior designs.Periodic visits to RMC Plants, Sources, Factories, Vendors Yards for assessment and approvals.Witness Trial Mix and other tests at Third Party Labs.Coordinate & perform material testing, and onsite inspections of Construction materialsMaintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, inspection reports & quality- related issues for reference & analysis.Provide training to Site Operations/ Contractors Teams to create awareness and ensure compliance, to highlight Quality risks and their mitigation, and to share Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for Quality related issues.Key Requirement: (Education, Technical Skills and Personal trails)Educational Qualifications:B.E/B.Tech - Civil Engineering 3-7 years of experience in QAQC engineer role Technical Skills:Knowledge of QAQC standards Knowledge checklists & Test ProceduresProficiency in training of various SOPs Detail and performance oriented Analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsInterpersonal skillsIndustry Preference: Real Estate; Consulting with Large Construction Conglomerates preferred but not necessary Reporting to: Assistant General Manager - Quality Direct Report (if any): - NAPersonal trails:Meticulous & Detail-OrientedIntegrity & ObjectivityStrong Analytical Problem SolverClear & Collaborative CommunicatorContinuous Improvement Mind-set
