Job Title: Finance Executive – Distillery or Alcove industry experience is a mustJob Location: India – GoaExperience Required: 3–6 YearsSalary: ₹12 LPAIndustry Preference: Alcohol / Liquor / Beverage (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance Executive with hands-on experience in the liquor/alcohol industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.The selected candidate will be required to work at the Dubai head office for the first 6 months, after which they will transition back to India. Company-provided accommodation will be included during the initial 6-month period. Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, and forecastingHandle label registration and annual K Form renewal through the Excise PortalManage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledgerEnsure compliance with state excise laws and liquor industry regulationsHandle taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirementsPrepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysisCoordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authoritiesMonitor inventory accounting and implement cost controls specific to liquor productsEnsure timely reconciliation of accounts and maintain financial accuracy Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)3–6 years of relevant experience Distillery or Alcove industry experience is a mustStrong knowledge of GST, excise regulations, and financial complianceProficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Key Competencies:Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in Remote What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work with a growing organization in the liquor sectorCareer advancement and learning opportunities Note: Candidates without prior experience in the liquor/alcohol industry will not be considered.
