About the RoleGoa is launching India’s first Deposit Refund System (DRS) — where hotels, restaurants, cafés, and bars get their deposit money back for returning empty glass and PET bottles. We’re looking for proactive HoReCa Onboarding & Relationship Manager who can build strong partnerships across Goa’s hospitality industry and help them seamlessly adopt the DRS model. This role is all about partner onboarding, training, relationship management, and driving participation in the DRS program.Key Responsibilities HoReCa Onboarding:Identify, map, and onboard hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars & shacks into the DRS.Clearly explain deposit refund benefits and how partners can earn through returns.Train staff on segregation and storage requirements. Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships with owners, general managers, and F&B teams.Serve as the main contact for support, queries, and partner experience.Understand partner needs and ensure smooth program adoption. Engagement & Awareness:Represent DRS at HoReCa associations, tourism groups, and industry events.Conduct workshops, outreach, and awareness sessions to boost participation.
