Partner with sales & marketing to showcase our space and convert leads to happy members. Analyze trends and feedback to continually improve our offerings. Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Required Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.4 – 6 years of experience in co-working, hospitality, or workspace management.Strong understanding of workspace operations, client servicing, and community management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive member experience.Proficiency in using space management tools like Nexudus.
