With 900+ homes successfully handed over, we are expanding our sales operations digitally and pan-India through a remote sales leadership model.Key Responsibilities (Remote)- Close high-value real estate deals through phone, WhatsApp, CRM, and virtual meetings - Manage the complete remote sales pipeline from lead allocation to closure - Onboard, guide, and monitor Channel Partners (CPs) digitally across locations - Optimize and monitor project listings on 99acres, MagicBricks, - Ensure fair and transparent lead distribution between CPs and internal teams - Convert portal leads, inbound inquiries, and organic digital leads - Resolve CP-related issues and conflicts remotely and professionally - Track portal performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics - Coordinate with social media and digital marketing teams to improve campaign ROI - Work with content/design teams to ensure RERA-compliant and high-converting creatives - Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and daily/weekly performance reviewsNote: Site visits and documentation will be handled by the on-ground team.
