We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive (Accounts Payable) to support our finance operations in India. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices, payments, and related financial documentation. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and committed to maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding the company’s financial controls and standards.HighlightsBe part of a globally recognized leader in electronic component distribution.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Positive and supportive work environment.Collaborate with a forward-thinking and high-performing finance team.ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and process sundry (non-trade) supplier invoices and staff claims, ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and accuracy.Prepare payment vouchers and ensure payments are made within agreed terms.Manage schedules of due payments, ensuring timely disbursement and preparation of fund requests.Reconcile sundry creditor accounts with supplier statements on a regular basis.Assist with monthly closing by ensuring all payable transactions are accurately recorded.Maintain proper filing and organization of all sundry payable documents (both physical and electronic).Ensure all vouchers and supporting documents comply with audit, financial control, and company requirements.Liaise with vendors and internal departments (e.g., HR, Administration) to resolve invoice clarifications and payment-related matters.Respond promptly to supplier inquiries regarding payment status.Participate in system or process enhancement initiatives related to accounts payable.ReportingReports to the Senior Finance Manager based in India.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar functions.Familiarity with Indian tax laws, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.This position will be based in our office located in Bangalore.
