Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South India. • Identify new market opportunities and build a robust pipeline of customers across Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries. •Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. 2. Key Account Management (KAM): • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Develop account-specific strategies to drive growth and retention. 3. Market Analysis and Strategy: • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities. • Provide insights and recommendations for adapting strategies to dynamic market conditions. 4. Operational Execution: • Work closely with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotional activities. • Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management. • Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of customer issues. 5. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery. • Support the development of marketing materials and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility. 6. Marketing and Promotion: • Collaborate with the marketing team to design a comprehensive marketing calendar for export business initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries. Proven expertise in managing regional sales operations and achieving growth targets. Expertise in Key Account Management (KAM), including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
