Position Title: Senior Real Estate ManagerDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation: Ghaziabad, UPReports To: VP Commercial SalesExperience Required: 8–12+ years in real estate sales (commercial preferred) with strong channel partner management experienceRole OverviewThe Senior Real Estate Manager will lead sales for a commercial real estate project by driving business through a strong network of channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and institutional intermediaries. The role requires strategic partner acquisition, relationship management, revenue ownership, and end-to-end sales execution. The ideal candidate understands commercial real estate dynamics, demand drivers, and partner ecosystems.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the project - Generate qualified leads and conversions through channel partners and broker networks. - Monitor sales funnel, pricing strategies, and inventory movement to optimize revenue. - Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closure support.2. Channel Partner Development- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing channel partners and brokerage firms. - Train partners on project USPs, pricing, incentives, competition, and compliance. - Build strong, trust-based relationships to maximize partner engagement and sales productivity. - Drive partner programs, events, and campaigns to boost channel activation.3. Market Intelligence & Strategy- Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and channel movements. - Provide feedback to senior leadership on pricing, product configurations, and promotional strategies. - Contribute to sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting.4. Stakeholder Coordination- Collaborate with marketing to develop channel-focused campaigns, collaterals, and digital assets. - Coordinate with CRM, operations, legal, and finance for documentation, deal approvals, agreements, and post-sales processes. - Represent the project at exhibitions, roadshows, channel meets, and corporate events.5. Team Leadership- Lead a small team of sales managers/executives. - Set targets, coach team members, and track performance metrics. - Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and partner success.Qualifications & SkillsEducation- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience- 8–12+ years in real estate sales; minimum 4–5 years handling commercial real estate. - Strong experience managing and scaling channel partner ecosystems.
