Senior Programmatic Manager – Demand & Integrations (OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST)

We’re looking for a highly technical Programmatic Manager to own and scale demand across our ad exchange.This is not a GAM or trafficking role — we’re looking for hands-on experience with OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, and real demand integrations.You’ll work directly with partners such as Criteo, PubMatic, Microsoft, Freewheel, Google, InMobi, Amazon, Nexxen, Sovrn, Equativ, and Magnite.What you’ll doIntegrate and manage demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)Work directly with OpenRTB bid requests/responsesManage integrations across: CTV, In-App, Web, Native, and AudioSDK-based and server-to-server setupsWork with Prebid, VAST, TAM, and custom integrationsMonitor and optimize CPMs, bid density, fill rate, demand performanceTroubleshoot RTB issues, integrations, and demand dropsEnsure clean data, reconciliation, and revenue qualityMonitor and act on IVT (Human, Pixalate, DoubleVerify)What we’re looking for3+ years in programmatic (demand-side focus)Hands-on experience with:OpenRTBPrebidVASTExperience across CTV, in-app, or web environmentsExperience working with SDK integrations and supply environmentsExperience integrating and scaling demand partnersStrong analytical and troubleshooting mindsetFamiliarity with IVT / traffic quality toolsImportantIf your experience is mainly:Google Ad Manager (GAM)Campaign traffickingAdX optimizationThis role is not a fit.Why joinFully remoteWork with top-tier global demand partnersHigh ownership and real impactFast-growing, high-scale programmatic environment
