Digital Marketing & Social Media ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Create engaging travel content such as destination highlights, travel tips, and customer stories to foster community growth.Manage the social media calendar, posting schedules, and active community engagement to maintain brand vibrancy.Monitor social media metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and follower growth.Collaborate with travel influencers and content creators to establish impactful brand partnershipsB. Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to capture high-intent travel traffic.Manage Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) targeting specific demographics and travel interests.Develop promotional campaigns for seasonal travel packages, flash sales, and special offers.Monitor campaign performance and ROI daily, adjusting strategies to maximize lead generation efficiency.Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.C. SEO & Website OptimizationConduct thorough keyword research for travel-related search terms and trending destinations.Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements to improve organic search rankings.Develop and execute backlink building strategies through quality partnerships and guest blogging.Monitor website analytics, traffic sources, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.Manage local SEO and optimize Google My Business profile for better local visibility.D. Directory Services & Online ListingsManage and update listings on major travel directories, OTAs, and review platforms. Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data across all digital directories.Actively monitor and respond to customer reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and social platforms to build trust.Optimize listings with high-quality images and descriptions for maximum visibility and click-through rates.F. Offline & Print Media MarketingPlan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as participation in travel fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows.Design and distribute high-quality print collateral including brochures, flyers, and posters.Coordinate with print media for advertisements in relevant travel magazines and newspapers.Manage partnerships with travel agents and B2B channels to expand market reach.G. Analytics & ReportingTrack and report on key marketing KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.Prepare detailed monthly marketing performance reports for senior management.
